HERNIATED DISC PROBLEM

This problem generally occurs in your lower back or small discs present in the neck. This issue results in pain in your lower back, ar or leg. A herniated disc is often called as a slipped or ruptured disc. A stack of discs is made up to form our spine. The inner portion of each disc is a jelly-like element with a thick exterior part. When this semi-liquid is pushed outside from its area, it results in pain in your lower back.
