Winter, a tough season to take care of yourself! But, we cannot ignore the fact that health is the key to pursue in life. People sometimes ignore the sudden change in weather and end up being sick. Adapting ourselves according to the atmosphere is very necessary to be healthy. Hibernation tries to ruin your daily schedule, making you lazy and inactive. Ironically, winter dries up your skin so apply moisturizer or sunscreen as a precaution. Sudden changes in weather increase the effect of migraines. Winter also dries up the eyes, burning and itching can also be felt in eyes. So, what to do in winters? How to handle the season? are some basic questions asked by the public. 

Get plenty of sunlight, it disturbs fatigue and sadness. The body gets stiff so go for massages, which gives you relief in this season in reducing body pain. Keep your body hydrated, in winter season also body loses water just as it does in summers. Signs such as dry skin and mouth, light-headedness and obviously thirst shows about the dehydration of the body. Improving and maintaining sleep is very important and necessary to cope up with the season.
